Mission statement:

TADA’s overarching mission is to run research projects and defend the constitutional rights of all Americans.

TADA conducts educational programs to train the next generation of teachers, attorneys and scholars to defend the legal rights of Americans.

TADA prepares and distributes handbooks that explain the constitutional rights with sample research data for all levels of education.

TADA monitors school textbooks and school boards to detect and rectify instructional errors.

TADA teaches Americans to understand their rights and to report violations to TADA to obtain redress.

TADA’s active missions will protect and teach, defend the constitutional and legal rights of Americans constantly endangered by the racist groups who regularly threaten, vandalize, harass, intimidate, assault or belittle.

Experience teaches that racist groups are emboldened to further outrages if Americans neglect to defend their rights under the Constitution and laws of the United States.

Research:
TADA runs research on Constitutional and International Law,  History, Curricula and Education.

TADA actively investigates and audits old and new constitution violations and defamation cases that are reported by the community.

Education:
Educating the public and supporting the next generation of scholars and attorneys in human rights and US constitution law fields in their education and development process.

Legal Actions:
TADA Protects all members constitutional rights in courts, in legislature bodies, and before the executive officials.
